1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aramex Cookware. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
You can request a return if:
The product received is damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The product has missing parts or accessories
The item is unused and in original packaging
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
The product should not show signs of usage, scratches, or damage caused by misuse
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items
Products damaged due to improper use or negligence
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:
Order ID
Photos or videos of the product
Description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
Damaged products
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item delivered
Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item is inspected.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery as per the return policy
